The Floral Estates Homeowners Association has released the schedule for its board meetings in 2009 that are open to the Floral Estates Homeowners.

 

Individual homeowners are encouraged and welcomed to attend these meetings as interested parties.

 

The format of the meetings will be as follows.

 

---The first 30 minutes of the board meetings will be open to individual homeowners who wish to ask questions, voice concerns or make suggestions to the board of directors.

 

---Comments and concerns will be taken under advisement by the board. 

 

---After the 30 minute open session, the Board will convene in closed session.

 

---During the closed session the board will conduct the business of the HOA.

 

Homeowners are also welcomed to attend the closed board session, but because of time constraints and meeting agendas, individual homeowners will not be allowed to further participate in the business of the board.

 

All meetings are tentatively scheduled to start at 7:00pm in the Saratoga Springs Public Library, with the meeting rooms noted, but meeting times and places are subject to change. Check "Association info" - "Upcoming Directors Meetings"  for late changes.
